COMMANDER KEITH R. WETTSCHRECK

Commander Wettschreck reported as the Associate Professor of Naval Science at the University of Minnesota in July 2007.

Commander Wettschreck graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1986.  Upon completion of flight training he was designated an E-2C Hawkeye Naval Flight Officer and served flying tours in VAW-127 and VAW-123.  He also served operational tours as the Training Officer on USS GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN-73) and Air Operations Officer on USS HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN-75). 

Commander Wettschreck’s shore assignments include three tours at VAW-120 and a tour on the Joint Staff, J-3, as an Action Officer.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master of Arts degree in Operational Intelligence from the Naval Postgraduate School.
